I was looking forward to the double transit of Europa and Io last night. we even had a clear night for a change.
However the seeing was moderate at 5-6 most of the time deteriorating fast as soon as Io transited with seeing 2-3. Typical!
Anyway, attached is a compilation of a few images from the sequence. With Jupiter at opposition,
the moon shadows were almost coincident with the moon as they crossed the disk.

High altitude clouds and strong winds caused poor seeing conditions during the much-anticipated double shadow transit of Io and Europa across Jupiter's disc.

10 minutes later fog rolled in,so I could not capture the GRS...

Here's Jupiter close to opposition with Europa and Io (and their
shadows) in transit. Two images in the link below showing the difference
that 40 minutes can make to the seeing!

While it’s still newsworthy,here are a couple of images from last night’s event;
- IR image (Winjupos derotate) with Astronomik 642nm filter
- Colour cam image from 3mins later (single image- no derotate)
More still to come from a bit earlier in the night when the seeing was significantly better.

air to good seeing but poor transparency.

Hi all, here is an image of Jupiter from 8th March in IR. The GRS is
visible rising at lower left.

Here are some images of the double transit taken under fair seeing.
These are some of my very first images with the ASI224MC,and the setting of the equipment is not yet settled...

attach two recent observations, the first observation shows the double transit of Europa and Io on the 7th March made in good seeing
as can be seen the satellites and their shadows almost coincide.
Io was the most striking,a definite orange colour and appeared to 'eat into' its shadow.
The second observation was made on 14th March in poor seeing.

Here are two of the best images from these nights. A handful of other images coming soon.
